Consistent Batch Production. 10 to 1,000+ Units.
Documented manufacturing runs with first article inspection, dimensional sampling, and full batch reports. Every unit meets the same verified standard.
What a Batch run with HEFF looks like
When your prototype is validated and you need production volumes, we run documented manufacturing batches from 10 to 1,000+ units. Same machine settings, same material lot, same process parameters across every unit in the run.
Production Capabilities
Volume tiers, material selection, finishing, and assembly. Everything documented per batch.
Volume Ranges
Pilot production runs for market testing, investor demos, or initial customer shipments. Ideal for hardware startups validating product-market fit before committing to higher volumes.
Small batch manufacturing for seasonal products, limited editions, or low-volume specialty components for OEMs. Recurring orders available on fixed schedules.
Sustained production runs with dedicated scheduling, supply chain integration, and volume-tiered pricing. Best unit economics at this tier with full documentation packages.
Materials & Processes
FDM compatible materials selected based on functional requirements, environmental conditions, and end-use application. Material lot documented per batch.
Complex assemblies printed in a single operation. Reduces assembly time, improves part integration, and enables two-tone or colour-coded production runs.
Each batch ships with dimensional verification reports, material certifications, and full process parameter documentation. Suitable for OEM and enterprise procurement requirements.
Finishing & Assembly
M2, M3, M4, M5 sizes press-fitted using temperature-controlled ultrasonic insertion equipment. Creates strong, reusable threaded connections for enclosures, mounting brackets, and multi-part assemblies.
Neodymium magnets embedded during printing via pause-and-insert, or installed post-production. Used for snap-fit enclosures, modular systems, and cable management components.
Support removal, deburring, surface finishing, and full quality inspection before packaging. Parts arrive production ready,— individually or bulk-packed per your specification.
